Front-End Web Developer
Magnum Multimedia, a strategic interactive and communications design firm located in Falls Church, VA., is seeking an Entry-Mid Level Front-End Web Developer to help support our growing team. This is currently a contractor position for a minimum of three (3) months, with the potential of full-time employment.
Candidate must be fluent in HTML, CSS and JavaScript with at least 2+ years experience. Primary responsibilities will include translating Adobe Photoshop files to functional Web site pages, image creation / optimization, content population, cross browser testing, debugging and Web site management.
Job Requirements
• 2+ years creating and editing HTML, CSS and JavaScript (Fluent)
• 2+ years of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver (Fluent)
• Demonstrated knowledge of Web site best practices
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO), W3C Standards and Section 508 Compliance
• Strong production, problem solving and communications skills
• Highly motivated, dedicated, and detail orientated
• Knowledge of AJAX, XML, XSL, ASP.NET, and / or PHP, SQL / mySQL and CMS platform experience a plus
